PRC Registration for New RPms

Register online through www.prc.gov.ph between September 12-14, 2016 for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration. Bring the following documents during your appointment: duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, 2 pieces passport size picture (colored with white background and complete name tag) and 2 sets of documentary stamps. Successful examinees should appear personally when they register as they have to sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
