Q: How do I enroll if I am from or away from Davao City?

A: Contact us through 0915 139 0547. Make sure you include the following:

  •  Name
  • Block 1 or Block 3
  • Area/City
  • School
  • Preferred mode of payment (bank, reception or representative office, meet-up)
  • Date of payment (tentative)


Q: How do I pay down-payment or full payment if I am near or away?

A:  If you are from Davao City, you can visit our reception office for enrollment. If you are away, contact us with all the information provided above and we will send you the details of our BDO or BPI accounts. Send us a copy of your deposit slip via email or Messenger so we can list and reserve a slot for you. We will NOT accept text messages of your reference numbers as it is harder to keep track due to the volume of transactions we have daily thus we cannot secure a slot for you.


Q: Where is your office?

A: Our reception office is in Palma Gil Street corner Ponciano Street, Davao City. If you are from GenSan or Koronadal City, you can also course your payment through our representative at the Provincial Capitol of Koronadal. Send us a message so we can inform our representative.


Q: Where is the review center?

A: The review sessions are held at CAP Auditorium, Anda Street, Davao City - a strategic location at the city center, close to malls, hotels/hostels, 15-minutes away from Ecoland (North and South bound) Land Transport Terminal, and Gaisano Mall and Abreeza Ayala Mall (North-bound) terminals.


Q: For students outside of Davao City, do you also provide lodging?

A: No; however, our efficient staff can help you identify comfortable and budget-friendly hotels/hostels that are near the review center.


Q: In the event that I miss a class, will I be able to avail make-up sessions?

A: The review program is clearly outlined from the start of the season. Students will have the information beforehand. Lecturers come from different areas, most of them from Luzon, and only stay for the specified dates of their lecture, unless changes are announced. Therefore, they will  not be able to conduct make-up classes. On the other hand, you can still avail of hand-outs and ask for a peer review session (with another student).


Q: If I do not finish the review or decide not to take the examination, will I get a rebate?

A: No. Headcount is determined per slot and is considered taken upon down-payment or full-payment thus these will not be refunded. However, if you decide to enroll again for the next season or within the next 12-months, you can avail of the Repeat Test-Takers Fee.


Q: Is it possible to transfer from one Block to another?

A: Yes, but only when there is an available slot.


Q: When will the review materials be provided?

A: Review materials will be provided upon down-payment or full-payment. This will also depend on the availability of materials as they are shipped from Manila and given on a first-come, first-served basis.
